The Winery

The Winery produces refined cool climate wines. Fruit for these wines is grown in Moorilla's Tamar and Derwent Valley vineyards.

Moorilla's signature varietals are Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Cabernet. Moorilla also produces quality Vintage Brut.

Winemaker Conor van der Reest concentrates on careful handling of pristine cool climate fruit with minimal intervention.
