Moorilla Vintage Wines
Moorilla cellars a considerable amount of our vintage wine; "museum stock". As wines reach their optimum cellaring potential we release some of these to our Restaurant or Cellar door list depending on quality & quantity cellared.
Our winemaker will also on occasion delve into the museum for varietal comparisons, previous winemaker's styles and to gauge vintage variations. Reference to The Source and Cellar Door lists will give an update on what is currently for sale.
