Drinking Guide

Drink now

Bold and balanced to please those who love their Sauvignon blanc cool, tasty and fresh. A wildly aromatic nose that’s reminiscent of a summer orchard overflowing with passionfruit, peaches, nectarines, black currants and a field of verdant grasses. The flavours are juicy, fruity with a crisp citrus finish. This new world ephemeral wine is ideal for picnics and long lunches. Drink now.

Vintage Description
Technical Details

As in the last few years the batches of Sauvignon blanc that were found to be more fruit driven and closer to the mainstream Sauvignon blanc style were identified, blended and kept separate from the more complex Muse batches. The resulting wine shows aromatics ranging from grassy to mineral to tropical. This vintage again saw only stainless steel fermentations in order to keep its fresh character and will be ideal for early drinking within two years of the vintage. Viticulture

Hand-picked across ebbing scales of ripeness, the grapes have delivered varying tones of intensity, herbaceousness and acidity. The result is a sum considerably greater than its parts. Springy, tangy fruit is licked by nettle and cut grass undertones, the results of a cool fermentation in tank, punctuated with partial wild yeast work for texture and a hint of funk.
