Hobart Area: Live within 20 minutes of Mona? Walshie’s Wine Wagon will deliver your order for free. Same-day delivery if you ordered before 2pm. If your order is less than $40, we’ll mail it to you instead.

Australia:

Standard Delivery

• Orders will be dispatched within three business days following receipt of payment.

• Once dispatched, orders in Australia should be received within seven business days.

• Orders containing multiple items may not arrive at the same time.

• Shipping and handling prices are subject to change.

• Delivery times may be longer than usual during the Christmas and New Year period, and other public holidays.

• Orders are dispatched through multiple carriers. Please note that its delivery times apply.

NOTE: Due to increased demand during this time, Australia Post advises that there may be delays to standard delivery times across their network.

Product Returns

• Sorry, no refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

• If the product you’ve received is damaged or faulty, you can obtain a full refund or exchange* by contacting us within three weeks of placing your order: +61 (3) 6277 9900

• A refund or exchange will not be processed until the goods are returned, and received in their original condition and packaging. We will notify you by email as soon as this occurs.

• If your item takes longer than the advertised number of days to arrive it is not grounds for a refund.

• Please submit proof of postage fee along with your return form, and we’ll reimburse the cost of returning your damaged and faulty goods. If a product is not deemed to be faulty, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

*Subject to availability. If a product cannot be exchanged, you’ll receive a full refund instead.
