Shipping and Returns Policy

  Due to the ongoing pandemic, some of our deliveries (particularly those having to go through mainland centres and areas under lockdown) are taking a lot longer than usual. We apologise and hope you'll bear with us. Hopefully it'll be worth the wait.

Free National Shipping
We currently offer free shipping Australia-wide on all Moorilla and Domaine A wines, Unholy Water cocktails and booze bundles, unless stated otherwise. Orders containing Moo Brew products incur a shipping fee on Moo Brew products only.

Walshie’s Wine Wagon
Note: Walshies Wine Wagon is currently unavailable.

If you live within 20 minutes of Mona, Walshie’s Wine Wagon will deliver your order to your door for free. This includes all our products: Moorilla and Domaine A wines, Moo Brew beer, Unholy Water cocktails and booze bundles. Same-day delivery if you order before 2pm. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. If your order is less than $40, we’ll mail it to you instead.

Standard Shipping

  • We dispatch orders within three business days of receiving payment.
  • You should receive your order within seven business days once dispatched. Due to increased demand during this time, Australia Post advises that there may be delays to standard delivery across their network.
  • Delivery times may be longer than usual during the Christmas and New Year period, and other public holidays.
  • Orders may be dispatched via multiple carriers with different delivery times.
  • Orders containing multiple items may not arrive at the same time.
  • Shipping and handling fees are subject to change.
  • Shipping fees are based on product weight and destination, as determined by Australia Post’s e-parcel rates or other courier rates. Your shipping fee will be displayed in the checkout once you’ve entered your delivery address.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • We don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
  • If your order is damaged or faulty, you can get a full refund or exchange (subject to availability) by contacting us within three weeks of placing your order. Email us at and we’ll send you a return form.
  • Post us your completed return form with your damaged / faulty goods, along with proof of postage payment and we’ll reimburse you the cost. Address returns to:

    If we deem a product to be not damaged or faulty, we won’t reimburse you for postage.

  • A refund or exchange will not be processed until the product/s are returned in their original condition and packaging. We’ll email you when this happens.
  • If your order takes longer to arrive than the advertised delivery time, this is not grounds for a refund.
