Cellaring
Good things take time.
Great things even longer.
Cellaring
In 2007, our owner David brought winemaker Conor into the fold with a seemingly simple request: ‘just make stupendous wines’.
To Conor, that meant wines that were great when released, but had the longevity to improve over a long life in the cellar. So we put our money where our mouth was. In 2010, we instituted an ambitious cellaring program, where an allocation of every wine was set aside and cellared, with the goal of releasing them a decade or more down the track.
Our 2011 cellar releases were released in 2024 and have now sold out.
After 14 years of careful maturation, we’re pleased to release the full 2012 Muse series—wines from what winemaker Conor van der Reest calls ‘about as close to a perfect vintage as possible.’ Balanced vineyards, exceptional fruit quality, and meticulous picking have resulted in wines built for long-term enjoyment.
