What happened to the previous Moorilla and Domaine A Wine Club?
The Moorilla and Domaine A Wine Club is now our Winemakers Club. If you’re a member of the previous club, you’ll still receive your six curated wines four times a year.
In changing the name, we wanted to bring the focus back to offering you great wines, hand-selected by Conor, our winemaker. To focus on this, we’ve removed the edible inclusions and non-wine products, while also reducing the price of each shipment to $270.
If you auto renewed your membership on September 1st before this new website launched you would have been charged the previous price of $285 and your pack will include a Rough Rice Angasi Oyster Salt and a Wine Tote Bag.
Why are you changing platforms?
We're launching a new Moorilla website and moving our Wine Club to Commerce7. This is a platform designed specifically for wineries. It will provide a better experience for managing your membership, purchasing wine and staying connected with Moorilla.
What are the benefits of the new platform?
Commerce7 has been built specifically for wineries and wine clubs, making it easier to:
- Manage your membership
- Update your details
- View your order history
- Discover new releases
- Receive more personalised recommendations and service
What Wine Clubs can I join?
There are two clubs available to join: our Winemaker’s Club and Alcorso Club.
- Our Winemakers club features six wines handpicked by our winemaker Conor and delivered seasonally.
- The Alcorso Club is a choose-your-own-wine adventure, where you’re in charge of what wines are in your pack and how often you receive them.
Both wine clubs include benefits like complimentary tastings, discounts on wine and access to member-only events.
Are my payment details safe?
Yes. Your credit card information remains securely stored by Stripe using industry-standard security. Moorilla does not store your credit card details.

When will I receive my order?
We dispatch orders within three business days of receiving payment. You should receive your order within seven business days once dispatched.
How much is shipping?
For online orders, our shipping fee will be displayed in the checkout once you’ve entered your delivery address. Shipping is free for orders with 12 or more bottles throughout Australia.
Shipping is included Australia-wide for each wine club pack.
What happens if my order is faulty or damaged?
If your order is damaged or faulty, you can get a full refund or exchange (subject to availability) by contacting us within three weeks of placing your order. Email us at cellardoor@moorilla.com.au and we’ll send you a return form.
