Immediate, fruit-forward and easy to enjoy, this is Praxis Sauvignon Blanc doing exactly what it should. Bright citrus, lime and tropical fruit on the nose are layered with subtle herbaceous notes and a touch of lychee and passionfruit. A juicy palate brings pineapple, guava and a hint of blackcurrant. A chalky mineral texture and just the right amount of acidity keeps everything fresh.

Parcels of Sauvignon blanc that are found to be more fruit driven and closer to the mainstream Sauvignon blanc style have long been identified, blended and kept separate from the richer and more complex Muse batches. The resulting wine continues to show aromatics ranging from grassy to mineral to tropical, showing vineyard diversity. This vintage again saw only stainless-steel fermentations to keep its fresh character
